  The Model and Hobby Fair at Aeroseum

  We headed down into Aeroseum's bunker to visit the Model and Hobby Fair – and it turned out to be far more than we expected.

  Flight simulators, radio-controlled vehicles, helicopters and tons of interactive experiences for both kids and adults. Leo floored the throttle, we crashed planes – and somewhere along the way it all went off the rails.

  Hot Tent Camping from TEMU – a night in the forest, does it work?

  A night in the forest with a hot tent and tent stove. In this adventure I test a hot tent from TEMU, set up camp by a lake, cook over the fire and spend the night out in nature. How does the tent work together with the stove and the gear I use on the trip?

  Vallarna Recreation Area with kids – play, nature and open spaces

  A visit to the Vallarna recreation area turned into a relaxed and active outing for the whole family. With wide grassy fields, playgrounds and close proximity to nature, Leo got to run free, play and explore at his own pace – with plenty of room for both activity and rest.

  Isaberg with kids – Leo's first day skiing on the slopes

  A winter day in Isaberg marked the start of Leo's skiing journey. From the conveyor lift in the kids' slope to the chairlift and the red run, he took his first steps on skis – with laughs, breaks and new challenges along the way.

  2025 – A year of adventure

  During the summer of 2025 we set out on our biggest trip yet – a 28-day vacation through Sweden. From Dalarna to the west coast we traveled with a tent, a camera and curiosity, determined to truly discover our own country.

  We swam, camped, hiked and drove through some of Sweden's most fascinating places – from Fulufjället National Park and the mountains of Åre, to the Falun Copper Mine, Furuvik's secret fort and Varberg Fortress.   Our summer holiday 2025

  During the summer of 2025 we set out on our biggest trip yet – a 28-day vacation through Sweden. From Dalarna to the west coast we traveled with a tent, a camera and curiosity, determined to truly discover our own country.

  Furuviksparken

  The vacation took us to Gävle & Furuviksparken.

  A unique amusement park with a fairground, water park, zoo and a Cold War-era military fort. We ate too much, laughed too much, rode too much and played too much – and of course we won the jackpot!   Åre – Rosita almost ended up in an ambulance

  After the mountain storm at Fulufjället, new adventures awaited in Åre – from spa and sunstroke to downhill biking and fairy-tale waterfalls. A family adventure full of contrasts and unforgettable moments.

  Fulufjället National Park with kids. A storm?

  We headed out onto the open expanses of Fulufjället with the tent on our backs, the fishing rod in hand and Leo in the lead. The sun was shining, the midges were buzzing – but when the fog rolled in and the thunder approached, the hike suddenly took on a whole new meaning. Follow our journey through the mountains, from the Naturum visitor center to the Harrsjö cabins, and experience the drama as lightning strikes.

  Night hike in Funäsdalen – the hunt for mountain trout and a place to sleep

  A spontaneous trip before Leo was born – we drove to Funäsdalen and headed out onto the mountain in the middle of the night with gear and fishing rods. When we finally found a remote house in the dark, it became too much for Rosita. We turned back by the light of our headlamps and eventually pitched the tent under the stars. A mountain night we won't soon forget.
