    Recipe:

    A campfire favourite – porridge with sweet apple, cinnamon and tart lingonberries. Easy to make, easy to love.

    Here's how:

    1. Bring water to a boil in a pot over the fire. Add the oats, cinnamon and salt.
    2. Stir in the grated apple and let it simmer, stirring, until the porridge is thick and creamy (about 5–7 min).
    3. Once the porridge is ready, stir in butter and top with lingonberries.
    4. Serve with cold milk or plant-based milk – ideally straight from the cup!
